As posted on the City of North Bay Arenas – Proof of Vaccination Policy (updated December 13th, 2021), the Province has mandated that as of December 20th, 2021 all players including those 12 to 17 years of age who are entering an arena for a scheduled game or practice must show proof of vaccination and ID to enter.

Or, players showing identification and possessing a written document supplied by a physician (MD) or a registered nurse in the extended class (RNEC, NP) stating the individual is exempt for a medical reason from being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 will be granted entrance.
